Anunnaki, if you watch this video on YouTube it says that it was posted a day ago. However, I saw it, or maybe another version of it, sometime last year, but did not take it seriously. On April 1st 2022, Elon Musk made an April fool's day joke about changing his mind on hydrogen, this video may be part of it. In fact, if you listen carefully, at minute 6 into the video it talks about the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) as yet to be signed. The IRA was signed into law by President Biden on August 16, 2022.
