You're kidding, right? Those are not "filings". They are called "disclosure" to avoid confusion with the filings that get uploaded to the SEC. OTCMarket disclosures are not verified or checked by anybody, they can say just about anything they want, and there is no penalty for lying. They are certainly not "compliant" with any actual regulatory agency.
A great example are the AABB financial disclosure statements which never seem to add up. How stupid are the AABB guys that they can't even make up numbers and have them add up!!?
