Reality: There will be a notice of late filing. That will occur on March 15. There is a perfect record of late filing for 6 years. The only surprise is if they break that record. I personally doubt it. They get 90 days to file the annuals. But they go after a 5 trading day extension every time. Do you really think that is a benefit to shareholders? It is an insult. No reputable company would even file late except if there was a valid reason. For NSAV, the valid reason is simply because they didn't bother.
