LOL @ the idea that a one-man, delinquent, non-compliant pennystock with zero relevant experience and wherein the one man has never accomplished anything other than swindling investors over four decades ... is gonna get a contract for hunnerts of millions of US Dollars (or pesos for that matter).

That thesis is absolutely ridiculous and exemplifies incredibility (non-crediblity).
