If you go to the Colorado Secretary of State, you will see Oct 15, 2022 BIEI has officially changed their name to Nova Graphene Ballistics, Inc. BIEI is not mentioned anywhere in the documentation. Also, the NovaGrapheneBallistics.com web page belongs to BIEI which was tailored to Paul's Novagraphene.com web page

It looks like the Nova Graphene Ballistics, Inc name belongs to BIEI. It remains to be seen if BIEI will keep the name. They may since this new "Joint Venture" will be in the Graphene arena. Hopefully there will be some sort of news release to explain things in the near future.

Today, I did make contact with BIEI, they verified the tweet sent yesterday was from BIEI and they do have a new "Joint Venture" in the works. Here's BIEI's tweet to refresh memories:
