Lot's of times these RS's don't start trading until noon-1pm on day one. Your probably right on the pps but that last trade was an MM. Don't know if they use all digits,round it off or what.

Only thing that would save $PKPH is if they released news of a MASSIVE merger...going to Nasdaq......that's the only way a $5 share price could be justified............
