I must address Apple Rush Co., Inc.’s non-payment. We regret to inform you that we were unable to collect necessary payments, and as a result, Elev8 Hemp is still a subsidiary of Branded Legacy, Inc.

Would like to hear Tony's side of this story after we hear Tony's side of the Lena story. Maybe Tony simply changed his mind about Elev8, actually informed $BLEG of such, but Jermain is spinning it in a different way. Of course, I'm just speculating and am in the dark about this like everyone else.
