These people don't pay commissions - they buy 1 share at 4 pennies and then sell the rounded up 1 share at 6 dollars.

I always thought the endless 1 share BS is just a blocking maneuver to keep the pps from hitting rock bottom. Guess they know that they can't move the tape without 100 or more shares transaction?!?!

Yeah... the rounding up shares makes no sense money wise.
