I believe that would have mattered to the US court but GDSI's financial condition was never raised by their very dumb lawyers. I believe the Brazilian court will focus on the judgment from a US court. That doesn't mean that a Brazilian judge can't be bought or that they will ever collect in BRAZIL. However, your point is not relevant almost 5 years later.
