you are right about what happened, but i guess where i draw the line is where i think it starts to stop mattering.. those facts in my opinion are only relevant as long as there are valid legal pending challenges. the courts have interpreted the law and disagreed with those facts even mattering.. and for the lamberth breach of contract claims where the facts matter, the damage model is laughable. anyway, so.. instead or focusing on government wrongdoing of the past i prefer to focus on what i expect the goverment to do moving forward. hope this helps, sorry that it makes you sad that i am going about it this way; i just don't feel like screaming into the oblivion, but if you want to go write it up, and publish it somewhere, be my guest!
