That was all before the SEC rule change requiring Genuine Transparency. Since the change, no Market Maker will publish quotes for make believe companies that only exist on paper.

Here's the way I see it. Any new investor that comes on this board will see a year full of fake news and bogus predictions. More importantly, they will see the lack of communication from the company, after promising to its shareholders that SEC fillings should have been completed last year.

So let's not worry what future/potential shareholders might think down the road. The fact of the matter is, we are a worthless penny stock, with no SEC financials, that can't be traded on any stock exchange. This is what you should be worried about.

Just let future investors think for themselves.
