?
so courts have found the NWS constitutional ? that question has been posed ? I believe yes in the request for SCOTUS to look again - right?

and maybe if the consumer bureau stuff lays out a certain way going forward regarding decisions made in the interim (of not legal) need to be reversed - we get another different bite at constitutional question?

If the above is not it - I am lost as to how its ok to have NWS - approval by SCOTUS and the request for a re look not say directly or indirectly that NWS is constitutional

ok
lets try this door or window --- NWS is within HERA but is that constitutional is how I hear your response

But

IMO this answers it - at SCOTUS level - (and I am repeating the post)

Notice how ALL the Constitutional Claims to invalidate the NWS continue to move through the courts until they are exhausted by the courts, which typically ends at the highest court, the SCOTUS, either through the Denial of a Petition for a Writ of Certerrori (the 5th Amendment Takings Cases) OR by a decision by the SCOTUS saying that the US Constitution was not violated.

donot === so the claims to invalidate the NWS have had constitutional review one way or another and SCOTUS rejection to say it is not constitutional?
