I'm confused. Where are the warrants that FORW bought in July?

This 10Q doesn't list the $200k as income or cash and explicitly states that there are no stock options or warrants granted during the periods ended December 31, 2022 and 2021 and none outstanding as of December 31, 2022.


Do they exist, but he filled out the paperwork incorrectly? Or were they a fiction for the PR? If they exist, FORW has to transfer the $200k to WNFT. Let's go see if that shows up on their quarterly reports.
