This what someone said BIEI posted on it's twitter today;

"$BIEI Nova Graphene Ballistics/formerly Premier Biomedical and NovaGraphene Canada have terminated their relationship. Nova Graphene Ballistics has a new joint venture which includes raw material production, graphene creation and graphene product fabrication in the Southwest USA." Twitter

As you can see, it appears BIEI intends on continuing with its new name. I'd like to get more on a dip before this makes a run up.
