I posted the facts on the DoE/LPO receiving a bunch of applications since (Recent legislation has passed!), & some applications are in "REVIEW", plus a bunch of other stuff. All Public INFORMATION!
My Common Sense tells me "Entities are interested!" But I could be wrong....
so Form your own opinions & conclusions...
IMHO: Some folks just don't see it the way we do....
