CEOs of corporations have certain responsibilities . They have a duty of care , a duty of loyalty and a duty of obedience . They also have a duty of disclosure . Can anybody share how the CEO of this corporation and by extension his board have fulfilled any one of those duties ??? We ( the pissed of investors) are not the villains here . This corporation if we can even call it that , and especially its board of directors and officers of the corporation have failed their corporate responsibilities of care, loyalty , obedience and especially disclosure.
