I’m not confusing anything. There’s a big difference between releasing the commercial scale plant results for NioCorp shareholders prior to the SPAC and after the SPAC

What confuses me is all of the NioCorp shareholders allowing it to happen, thinking we couldn’t stand our our own without the help of a $300 million SPAC 11.1 dilution and 1.10 RS
