#90303 RE: Elkconquistador #90302

We have specialty, processed mineral and metals offerings at various purity levels for niobium, scandium and titanium. There is a big difference with commodities in terms of pricing and margin contribution. Customised products fetch higher prices than commodities. Given the specialty nature of Niocorp’s offering and the growing global scarcity this bodes very well for shareholders. Niocorp will also have some rare earth materials which can be classified as commodity. No doubt in my mind Niocorp will attract the attention of many big and known names in the industry for its entire portfolio. Most of niobium is already sold and covered by off take agreements, scandium partly and the rest will attract well known car and battery manufacturing names.
