If I can’t see the results of the commercial scale plant in a
NI 43-101 FS and the (as per Mark Smith) negotiated Reverse split Truth. Then I vote NO
(I don’t care about the 45 day regulatory filing)

What I vote is totally up to Mark Smith, and he has not done it for me yet.

I understand some are passive about this surprise SPAC, but I will not appease the masses after being lied to, handcuffed, and my share-count about to be brutalized, without knowing positively that the share price won’t be cut in half following Consummation of the business combination and joining the Nasdaq.
