I will try to be simple here hilo,

The GVSI application from previous management to FINRA, years before Sharp got involved, was a rejected corporate action for a R/S, not a registration.

The reason that FINRA rejected the application for that corporate action is listed in your own screenshots.

You are making my point.

Additionally at the time years ago, GVSI was either in default or revoked by the NVSOS for failure to maintain annual AOI statements.

All of which have been corrected since Sharp has become the new custodian.

Publically traded companies don't register with FINRA. CIK#s are issued through the SEC EDGAR system.
