The incoming merging asset will NEVER HAPPEN if GVSI isn't registered with FINRA, which currently it's NOT! Pink current becomes meaningless without FINRA registration.

GVSI has an active CIK# that FINRA uses to approve corporate actions like name changes, ticker changes and reverse mergers.

I even looked up so people can see for themselves.
