The CE you’re referring to was due to the company that bought it from Frank engaging in pumping by listing pps targets on their website.

Had nothing to do with Frank, he sold it months ago and from that point on he has no control over what the company does.

That’s why they slapped the CE on it after the official change of control, not before.
