Wrong. 220k preferred shares will convert to 22-23 million common shares according to the conference call. The 36 million shares includes 14 million for the leakout agreement and the rest are the smaller held preferred shares that will convert to common...all of the preferred shares apart from the CEO and CFOs shares.
