Are we back on this debunked bullshit yet again?!

Frank would only sign off on a r/s under the 2 year term if they were uplisting to NASDAQ.

Since they have NO MEANS to qualify for Nasdaq in the next 2 years even with an r/s, bc they don’t meet ANY of the other minimum requirements, IT WILL NOT HAPPEN.

Move on already from this bs subject.
