Thank you for the response. I am hear for the long haul because i agree that the potential settlement is huge. If the suit was going to fail the company would have folded a long time ago. Looks very positive to me. But what do I know. I have no experience in patent law.
The question still stands. Can someone post a link to the court filings where I will find the outcome of todays discovery and any other court documents. I am not sure how to find it. I guess I could read through all the posts and would find a link somewhere but I would appreciate someone posting the link for me so I don't have to work that hard.
