BennyMojo When the debt "note" was first disclosed the conversion rate was .004 then when "note" was rewritten it rose by a factor of 10X to .0004! Why? No one seems to want to answer that question? What is "friendly" about that?

Benny if you watch the video you posted, the consensus is that toxic notes are a major problem in the OTC markets. You are indicating this is not a toxic note and you are disputing the forum on the video, correct????????????????????

How many shares were outstanding years ago when the note was issued?
