If? If? The only thing the NVSC is considering is whether the lower court erred.
Nothing else matters.
You believe what you want with Google U.

And just like clockwork.... My post was a bit of a snare (albeit it what I truly believe)...
The fact that not a single "WNFT positive" post can ride without being intermediately questioned (by some) speaks volumes to me.

My only question to you is how will you break the news (will you break the news?) if they end up being wrong?
Could be a tricky conversation. Or you could be good enough friends you can roast them for being wrong. I hope you'll report back if that ends up being the outcome.

You are dealing with a man here that is already sitting on what he needs and desires. ..Quality relationships, a nice home, multiple revenue streams.

My friendships/relationships (one being my wife who is a legal professional) are not contingent upon those individuals getting it "right or wrong".

...And personally, I have no issues with admitting when I have made a mistake.

Haven't you figured it out yet, we are not in fear of a negative ruling in favor of Calasse?
Nobody has their life savings tied up in any single penny stock.
We can wait out any additional delay, if it occurs.
But, the odds are definitely in favor of Sharp.
The NVSC could care less about Google U.
No scare tactic will work to get investors to sell.
Tick tock.
Ruling should be out at the latest, in a few weeks.
