Let it derail the merger probably not

You don't know what effect the highly probable GVSI shareholder lawsuits will have. Especially the preferred shareholder who owns 10% of the preferred shares that are restricted.

What respectable company will want to merge into a dirty shell whose preferred shares are most likely to be contested and that isn't SEC registered?
