Did you check Glen Bradfords Fannie gate page for a recent filing, I thought I saw a filing there recently, but have focused on the Appointments Clause arguments in Rop, the Insulated Director and Appropriations Arguments in Collins, and I'm still researching the Major Questions Doctrine in case the current round of litigation is goose eggs for the Shareholders.
Plenty of government overreach here to challenge and for me it's quite intellectually interesting!
