I guess I'm not understanding why it's so important to seize the MRC trust owned by Wade. Let's say they get it...all they get is 80M shares of worthless stock. There's 1.2 BILLION shares outstanding last I knew. So what's the big deal about the 80M except to keep it out of Wade's hands in the unlikely event that it ever trades again?
