We need to get this warning taken down.....

Thousands of traders have Level2 Market Depth and I can see many many more orders on Otc stocks that don't have that warning....so we need it gone

L3 isn't available to most retail investors. More of a MM tool, from what I've been told.

L2 only shows us the most relevant order for each MM. If your order at $0.0152 is from a MM that also has an order at $0.019, yours won't show. Same with your sell order, it won't show if there are any orders lower than yours from the same MM.

So first step is to figure out what your MM is, and you'll only see your own orders when they are close to bid/ask. Here is an example of my L2:
