I guess so. I mean he needs to get paid for his work. I guess he finally took his cut. But with that being said, I am expecting that we may have a company coming soon. Time will tell.

Maybe Tad is gearing up for an acquisition? Or needs some cash to settle a note? The company has ~$1M in derivative liability according to the last annual statement , it would be nice to get rid of that.
