It's still $31B 'owed' as Debt. It results in expediting the BK exit and towards a "Going Concern' LBHI as a newCo, I don't want to debate with you as to where that $31B 'is' but it 'is'.....

Again Joe if they have no debt and tons of equity they can raise cash through debt. Every balance sheet you see has: debt, cash, and equity
