That's really not an accusation at all. The 20M shares he previously owned were not listed as being owned by him, so either:

1- he filled the table out properly (meaning he sold the shares), or
2- he made a mistake filling out the table (he still owns the shares but forgot to list them).

Do you know of a third option?
