Having an actual controversy is a legal requirement for this share cancellation to proceed, but it does not mean that the defendants will contest. They might or might not, it really depends on whether they receive actual notice and feel it is worth the cost of hiring an attorney.

I simply pointed out that there would most assuredly be a controversy trying to get the Restrictive Legend removed if current management believes they were improperly issued. Do you know what it takes to get that Legend removed? Why do you think they're still restricted? How many times can a person be wrong???
