No one is concerned if one random follower of QSEP "thinks" it's a publicity stunt. Or if QSEP will "try to make it look like this", "or appear as though that." And btw, a company can not "make it look" like commercial adoption. It either walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and F's like a duck. It's either a duck or it ain't. It's either commercial adoption.... or it ain't.

SO. Is any sort of sales contract possible or not? YES OR NO. It's a simple question.

One can not put conditions on the matter. Well one can tell themselves whatever they want, but who cares. Wether or not one random follower thinks it is a publicity stunt is immaterial. For 20 years all I've heard out there from Voldemort is "QSEP will never ever get a sales contract."

Me, I'm not saying they will, I have no idea. Well, I have my own well known opinion. But I'm not taking the other side and saying they're gonna get a contract.

Hell, the very fact there is a towel being thrown in on even a testing contract after all these years is a complete reversal from the cash burn, imminent bankruptcy scenario that has been put forth for 20 years now.

Yes. or no. Is a sales contract with any sort of operator possible for QSEP after all these many years??

And just to be absolutely clear on this point, you saying QSEP will NEVER get paid in any way for an operator to put AOT on their pipeline correct?

From Intention to Implementation

Let us celebrate once again the positive hydrostatic test just over a month ago. As you would expect, our
next step is to follow up with our existing or future development partner(s). Since last year,
communication has been well underway from where we left off with whom was our existing
development partner in June 2020. Furthermore, we have garnered the attention of a new set of
individuals that could consolidate the involvement of new development partner(s).

I would emphasize that the timing and participation of such efforts are designed to yield results that
would surpass what we established in late 2013 with TransCanada. In the coming weeks we expect to
have our second engineering call with relevant parties to what should culminate into a formal
relationship and predictable benefits.
