I don’t think this is accurate. I haven’t seen any news to verify this statement about PLUG.

JB, Plug Power made the GenDrive power unit that powered the forklift involved in that accident, however, Ballard Power made the fuel cells, and thus Ballard Power was also involved in the lawsuit.
