It's dilution when it's added to the OS.

Dilution is the decrease in existing shareholders’ ownership of a company as a result of the company increasing the total shares outstanding which has a dilutive effect on the ownership percentage of existing shareholders.

Example of DILUTION:

02/01/23 per TA Verified:
AS: 10,000,000,000
OS 3,570,806,557
Restricted: 643,027,396
Unrestricted: 2,927,779,161
Held at DTC: 2,709,385,944

02/07/23 per TA Verified:
AS: 10,000,000,000
OS: 3,870,806,557
Restricted: 643,027,396
Unrestricted: 3,227,779,161
Held at DTC: 3,009,385,944

This isn't dilution is it? Is dilution just when it's added to authorized shares? Not outstanding shares?

Anytime the OS increases by that sizable chunk, it is a red flag. Proceed with caution, jmo and just being honest.

This is dilution. If it doesn't continue it's not a big deal.
