My biggest concern is the announcement says we will get 100% of the value of what we are holding. I'm guessing this means all those shares at current price is 600.00 or 60 shares of new stock??

My guess after the merger you'll have about 10 shares. 10,000:1 conversion Which might not even be enough at this SP.
