Adam F'ed up maybe from shareholders POV.

But perhaps he wanted to pump the price to sell some of his shares for cash for the business.

How do we know how much money he came into this enterprise with? Maybe little or none as far as we know.

Or maybe Frank told him to pump the share price so that he could sell some or all of his VNTH shares.

We just don't know and probably never will.
