That just shows a lack of understanding how trading works. They are simply an insider/debt holder selling a large block of shares at a predetermined price. A MM has to wait till they can purchase shares at the already agreed upon price. Then its just transferring the shares from one broker to another. Thats why the trade shows as a buy and a sell.
