Never heard of SELLING ON NEWS?? Some "lucky" folks had 17 MONTHS to accumulate lots of shares while this was stuck in the Expert Market and could TAKE PROFITS on news. I once read that "taking profits" was a good thing. Besides, maybe "they" had so many shares they actually have some left.Or could buy back in again.

There isn't any MM manipulation on a Form 15/Dark company that is lightly traded and doesn't report to the SEC.

MMs provide liquidity to a non-liquid market. Their main function is to provide liquidity to the market. You do know that OTCShortreport.com is a website for penny stock promoters - so they can explain why the PPS is headed South.

The OTCshortreport is a pumping website operated by a former broker who has been banned by FINRA. Daily Reg SHO data is worthless because the settlement date is the date the order is executed plus 2 days for settlement - so daily data is worthless.

A MM isn't going to waste time on a true penny stock that has been hijacked and low volume. Scammers need volume.
