No, pathetic is trying to paint it as being wrong when I cited the OTCM guidelines themselves. And I mentioned, repeatedly, that the SEC requirements were lower and OTCM may agree that only one annual report is required.

The only person that was wrong was the one claiming financial information can be considered a second annual report, which is objectively false. OTCM didn't approve it because it filed two annual reports, they approved it because the one annual report satisfies the SEC disclosure requirements.
