although I just started to think... it's a common occurrence for an otc stock to dilute on its 52wk low large amounts of shares like Maybe this at 00055 20m at a time for instance... I'm starting to see why it's cheaper to dilute the shares at .0005 and then have the company go to .01 cuz if they had to dilute 200m shares at .01 that would be a massacre but you can get away with even 50m shots down in trips

Shares are sold to people at .001 not the Market and you will see who bought the shares in the filings

Companies that buy the shares at .001 usually do so to sell later at a profit above .001 !

What’s the point otherwise
