As I've explained several times, as stated clearly in the lockup agreement for the EAC merger, all of the EAC and UNQL insiders are going to be restricted from SELLING shares for different periods of time if the deal closes. It's all clearly explained.
But those SELLING restrictions have absolutely nothing to do with the massive dilution CONVERSION of UNQL preferred shares that will occur immediately the day the deal closes. Please help us understand if I've explained that incorrectly.
I enjoyed Cancun very much in the past. Maybe UNQL will open an office there.
