Thanks for being clearer Skil- and i do agree with you on this (perhaps for the first time on this MB... ) $5 in the short-term would be a good start - That is probably what the SP would have gone to with the other 'Big F' Financing scheme,

With this SPAC giving us the ever important feature of being able to uplist to NSDQ, which is no small development...
