That shows annual financial information, but not an Annual Report.

Please just do a little research about what is required for an Annual Report. It's a known thing with clear guidelines. I'd post to the SEC guidelines but some think that doesn't apply to OTC stocks, even though we know it does.

Also, you can just click on disclosures and open documents entitled "Annual Report" to see that they are more than just financial information.

I'm not sure why I have to keep explaining this basic stuff. Nobody would question what was required for an annual report if GVSI had filed two annual reports like OTCM expects.

So what you just described are the financial statements, which may be included in an annual report. Things like income statement, cash flow, and balance sheet.




But the annual report is a larger document from management to shareholders, and it is required to be filed because the SEC wants transparency.
