Well, May 4, 2023 GS will have been custodian here for two years. Perhaps then he can get two years of audited financials and refile the Form 10. That way we can wait another 60 days after that also (unless he accelerates it).

I didn't see an attorney letter from 1/30, I saw a quarterly report filed 1/30. I'm not sure if that makes a difference or if they process the two at similar speeds.

But I agree with you, GVSI filed at 6 pm on 1/30, so it will be last in the queue. If 1/31 filings start going pink current first then we may have an issue, but we don't know yet.
