With a New CEO this Empty-Shell could nicely do a lots of cool things (such as Reverse-Merger or Buy-Out deals etc.) to Enhance all the shareholder's value!

I bet the management change here in the near future will Easily drive this Hidden Gem back to its recent high $0.14 again...
