So do you think the OTCM is waiting on GS to fix that (assuming they have gotten to that and it's incomplete) or that we are waiting for the OTCM to change this to pink current?

Geeezzz, going on 18 months and still not pink current. It shouldn't really that long should it? Well, not according to GS himself it shouldn't.
